The Eclo gift card is valid for one year upon creation of your unique code.
Shipping
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and differ depending on your delivery country.
We currently deliver to the following countries:
EU: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Andorra, Monaco. Outside EU: USA, Canada, UK, and Switzerland.
Other: For delivery to any other country, please send us an email request to hello@eclobeauty.com.
Free Delivery:
Delivery is free for purchases over €50 to France, over €75 to the rest of the European Union, over €100 to the UK and Switzerland, and over €300 to the United States of America (USA) and Canada.
Shipments are usually processed the day after the order. Delivery to France and Belgium typically takes 1 to 2 working days after departure from our warehouse. Please allow between 3 and 5 working days for other countries.
For deliveries out of the European Union, delivery might take a little bit longer and customers are responsible for their own import duty & tax, if applicable.
