Refund policy

Refund:

a. If the customer has already received their order:

In case of withdrawal, Sustainable Beauty will refund all payments received for the order, including delivery charges offered by Sustainable Beauty, and at no extra cost, no later than 8 days after the customer's request. However, Sustainable Beauty reserves the right to defer the refund until it has received the returned products, at the customer's expense. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used for the order payment or by the PAYPAL account if the order was paid via PAYPAL.

b. If the order has not yet been shipped:

In the event of the customer's withdrawal, Sustainable Beauty will refund all payments received for the order without undue delay and in any case, no later than 8 days after the customer's request. In the case of a partial return of ordered products or an error in the delivery address by the customer, the initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

c. Promotional offers:

The customer may benefit from a conditional promotional offer or free delivery on the Site, allowing them to obtain a discount. In the event of the customer returning only a portion of the items that allowed them to benefit from this promotional offer, the customer will be refunded an amount equal to the price of the returned product from which the initially applied discount will be deducted, and to which the customer can no longer claim.

Similarly, the customer may receive a gift for the purchase of one or more products. In the event of the customer returning this product or a portion of these products, the customer must also return the gift they received.
