Eclo is the new, fast-growing 100% natural make-up brand, opening up a new voice in the landscape of make-up brands and reinventing the codes of Clean Beauty:
All Made in France, in plastic-free packaging made from plant amalgam and wood shavings, 100% industrially compostable!

YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for a Sales & Trade Marketing Manager, passionate about the world of beauty and sustainable development issues, to join the Eclo team and support the development of BtoB distribution within the Sales team.
Challenges:
Accompany the brand's development and growth on the BtoB network by boosting the performance of existing accounts (POS sell-out activations, training, merchandising, trade marketing...), and by leading an effective Prospecting policy to federate New accounts and build a community of loyal and committed partners.
Missions :
- Propose a sell-out strategy and implement trade activations and POS initiatives to boost Sell-Out among existing partners: Counter-purchase offer, POS animation, Sales Team Training, Customer Contests, Sales Incentives...
- Independently manage day-to-day relations with partners and respond to their operational requests: sending visuals, product information, driving resources & other marketing and merchandising tools + manage catalog referencing, implementation and follow-up of new products, one-shot offers.
- Set up Trade activations and POS initiatives to boost Sell-Out with existing partners: Counter-purchase offer, POS animation, Sales Team Training, Customer Contests, Sales Incentives...
- Work on the creation of tools adapted to the needs of the field to improve the visibility and understanding of the brand at the POS: Merchandising (leaflets, Showcards, displays...) + Training (training modules, product catalogs...). Provide input on tools to be created.
- Accompany the development of Key Accounts in support of the Sales Director, responding to their specific needs (Offer, merchandising, trade marketing, team animation...).
- Identify new Sell-in growth levers to boost restocking and onboard new partners/activate them: Newsletter, Offer & Promotion, sending of driving media... + personalization of customer relations.
- Prospecting: participate in prospecting campaigns on certain targeted networks (presentation of the brand and products to qualified prospects, follow-up of campaigns until conversion + follow-up of POS implementation).
- Numerous weekly field trips to maximize conversion of prospects visited
- Analysis and monitoring of results: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Stock + New Product placement charts.
YOUR PROFILE
Are you passionate about the world of beauty and sustainable development issues? Are you dynamic and pragmatic, with a sense of initiative? Do you have a flair for sales and excellent people skills? Are you motivated by ambitious targets and committed to achieving results? Are you at ease in changing environments and able to keep a cool head in crisis situations? Do you like imagining new solutions and want to be an agent of change? Then this is the job for you!
Skills required :
- 5 years' higher education at Master's level or equivalent in a commercial field, depending on experience gained in a company
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Relations / Trade Marketing, ideally in the cosmetics / selective universe
- Driving license and car
- Organizational, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Fluent English
- Autonomous in mastering Microsoft/Google office tools
PRACTICE :
- Position based in Paris or Rennes, with frequent travel
- Hours: 35h/week
- Contract: CDI
- Remuneration: to be defined according to profile (fixed + variable)

OUR MISSION: TO BUILD THE BEAUTY OF TOMORROW
In developing our formulas, we give priority to active ingredients such as hemp, rye and seaweed, all derived from regenerative agriculture. Regenerative agriculture aims to improve the health of the earth and seabed, while promoting biodiversity and ecosystem resilience. In particular, it increases the capacity of soils to capture carbon, rebalancing CO2 production.

WHAT'S YOUR ROLE IN ALL THIS?

Challenges :

Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with partners on a daily basis and respond to their operational requests: sending visuals, product information, engine resources & other marketing and merchandising tools + manage catalog referencing, implementation and follow-up of new products, one-shot offers.

- Work on the creation of tools adapted to the needs of the field to improve the visibility and understanding of the brand at POS: merchandisng (leaflets, Showcards, displays...) + Training (training module, product catalog...). Provide input on tools to be created.
- Accompany the development of Key Accounts in support of the

- Long-term internship or work-study already completed in Sales Development/
- Sales/Customer Relations/Trade Marketing, ideally in the cosmetics/selective world.
- Organizational, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Autonomous in mastering Microsoft/Google office tools.
- Creative spirit and mastery of graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobes) would be a plus.
