Sales & Marketing Manager (6-month internship) - Bordeaux, France

We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager, passionate about the world of beauty and sustainable development issues, to join the Eclo team and support the development of BtoB distribution within the Sales team.

The challenges:

Accompany the brand's development and growth on the BtoB network by boosting the performance of existing accounts (POS sell-out activations, training, merchandising...), and by conducting an effective Prospecting policy to federate New accounts and build a community of loyal and committed partners around the brand.

Tasks :

  • - Prospecting : Identify the right partners in France and abroad to develop Eclo distribution on different channels (online platforms, physical retail, concept stores, pharmacies...), contact them and present the brand to them, follow up campaigns until conversion + follow-up on POS implementation.
  • - Manage relations with partners on a daily basis and respond to their operational requests: send visuals, product information, driving resources & other marketing and merchandising tools + manage catalog referencing, implementation and follow-up of New Products, One-Shot offers.
  • - Set up Trade activations and POS initiatives to boost Sell-Out with existing partners: Counter-purchase offers, POS activities, sales team training, customer competitions, sales incentives, etc.
  • - Work on the creation of tools adapted to the needs of the field to improve the visibility and understanding of the brand at the POS: Merchandising (leaflets, Showcards, displays...) + Training (training module, product catalog...). Propose new tools.
  • - Identify new Sell-in growth levers to boost restocking and onboard new partners/activate them: Newsletter, Offer & Promotion, sending of medium-sized engines... + personalize customer relations.
  • - Manage sales administration: send quotes, receive and enter orders, manage their dispatch, track their delivery & after-sales service/issue invoices and track their payment, payment reminders.
  • - Analyze and monitor results: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Stock + New Product placement steering charts.

Profile required:

  • - BAC +3/Bac + 4 level Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent in the sales field, depending on experience gained in the company
  • - Long-term internship already completed in Business Development/Sales/Customer Relations/Trade Marketing, ideally in the cosmetics/selective universe.
  • - Organizational, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • - Fluent in English
  • - Autonomous in mastering Microsoft/Google office tools
  • - Creative spirit and proficiency in graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe) would be a plus.

Sales representative (12-month work-study program) - Bordeaux, France

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative with a passion for the world of beauty and/or the world of pharmaceuticals, and for sustainable development issues, to join the ECLO team and support the development of BtoB distribution within the Sales team.

The challenges:

Through a strong presence in the field, support the brand's development and growth in its various networks (Beauty Stores, Concept Stores, Pharmacies, etc.) by implementing an effective prospecting policy to attract new accounts and build a community of loyal partners committed to the brand. As a genuine ambassador for the brand, you will prospect, develop and build loyalty among a portfolio of partners in your geographical area.

Main tasks:

  • - Prospecting : Identify potential partners in line with Eclo's strategy, respond to incoming leads, organize field visits to present the brand and products to decision-makers/owners, ensure follow-up to the appointment (CR, sending of commercial conditions and rates + proposal for installation order).
  • - Negotiation : lead the negotiation from A to Z, up to the signature of the quotation/contract, and ensure that the terms of the latter are properly applied, in collaboration with the Sales Manager for Key Accounts.
  • - Reporting : set up effective management tools to provide key information and
    performance vs. KPIs: Monthly targets = Door openings + Sales excluding VAT invoiced (implementation + restocking) + POS animation.
  • - Sales development :
  • - Follow-up & management of restocking with partners, transmission to sales for processing. Objective = Sell-in.
  • - Animation of existing partner network (POS visit, training, POS animation, merchandising, stock...). Objective = Sell-out and Productivity/door
    - Sales tours: ensure coverage of the whole area via a strong physical presence at the POS + get involved in organizing BtoB events & trade shows.

Profile required:

  • - With a background in sales (BTS NDRC, MCO, business school, etc.) or pharmacy, you have successful sales experience on the road in a selective distribution network or in pharmacies.
  • - You have genuine sales talent, you like to talk about projects you're passionate about and rally people around them, you're a good listener and have excellent interpersonal skills. You're very comfortable negotiating.
  • - You like being out in the field and the energy that comes from it, and you adapt easily to new and complex situations.
  • - You are available, passionate and driven by a real desire to achieve your objectives.
  • - You know how to organize yourself independently, communicate, convince and analyze.

Assistant Product Manager Cosmetics Marketing Development (12-month work-study program) - Rennes, France

Tasks :

  • - Follow-up and assistance in drawing up innovation plans (long, medium and short term).
  • - Participate in the creation of marketing concepts, focusing on ingredients and the effectiveness of active ingredients.
  • - Drawing up and writing formula and packaging briefs
  • - Follow-up of product development with the laboratory (formula testing, follow-up of compatibility and stability tests, creation of color palettes, etc.).
  • - Follow-up with external service providers: primary and secondary packaging, labels, etc.
  • - Competitive intelligence and new cosmetics and make-up trends, benchmarking and ad-hoc research
  • - Management of existing product catalog
  • - Supporting the team on various issues (retail, trade shows, events...)
